Zrii offers you many potential health benefits. Why? It’s no surprise once you look at the incredible nutritional profile of amalaki, the keystone ingredient in Zrii. This small fruit contains a huge number of nutrients that can contribute to improved health and wellness. Here is a sample:

Phytonutrients, amino acids, trace minerals, anti-oxidants, polyphenols, tannins, bioflavonoids—substances well-documented for their ability to promote cellular rejuvenation and overall vitality.
Ellagic and gallic acid, and emblicanin—polyphenols that may help to reduce cellular oxidative stress, destroy free radicals and support the detoxification of the body.
Rutin, quercetin superoxide dismutase—substances that can contribute to amalaki’s anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and youth-promoting qualities.
Ascorbagins—”mighty molecules” that are shown to create a protective bond around their own rich source of vitamin C molecules, making them more bio-available than synthetic varieties.
And to think that the amalaki is only one of the seven active Zrii ingredients. The other six enhance the effectiveness of amalaki, and also contain incredible nutritive qualities themselves. For example, jujube is high in vitamin C, while ginger is a good source for magnesium and other trace minerals. Learn more about the health benefits of our ingredients below.

Yesterday, I had two unique experiences and thought I’d share them with you today. Most (maybe all) people are in the sales business. Whether you’re actually selling products for a commission, selling your services as a professional or just selling yourself as a person worthy of friendship or trust in the workplace, we do a lot of selling in everyday life.

I attended a business networking lunch yesterday afternoon and encountered 9 other business owners and listened to them interact in this informal gathering. Now it was my first networking event with this group, but somehow I went first. I didn’t really say too much about my business because being the first person, I wasn’t sure what was appropriate. The people that followed took a few minutes each and sold us all on what they do. Two of the ladies were in network marketing and metaphorically threw-up their business venture all over us. They went on and on about how great the company is, how many awards its won, home much money you can make, etc., etc. And I was turned off.

My second experience was at last night’s goal-setting seminar, where I talked to a new attendee. It was frigid outside and she was the only person that attended the meeting, besides the Center staff who listened in too. She and I just talked about her life and her goals for 2010. We talked about ways to improve ourselves and I made an effort to really convey how important it is to me that others succeed in their goals both financially and in their hearts. Doing this, she was much more receptive to hearing about what I could offer her, but I still didn’t really want to start selling her on any product. Now, I did (after a little prodding from her) share with her the information on starting a Zrii home business, but only after she knew that my goal was about helping her mature as a person and not just as a sale.

As a matter of fact, I didn’t even ask her for a sale. I actually gave her my product for free – an additional gesture of value. Then I completed my presentation by explaining the value of working in a healthy, functional team like mine. I honestly think that meeting will result in her starting a home business with Zrii Amalaki and I think she has the potential to do very well.

In network marketing, where people have the potential to earn tens of thousands of dollars monthly and quickly to boot, it’s easy to think about the money. But as business owners, when we focus on the money and the products and the company we do like my lunch experience and throw up all over our customers. Focusing on building relationships and trust is much easier than hawking any kind of product – no matter how revolutionary it is. I believe that a sincere, honest person can make a living selling just about anything so long as he or she sets out with the belief that they aim to add value to the lives of others as opposed to line their pockets with cash. Until next time …

Prosper well,

Rob

That’s why I’m announcing some awesome incentives in addition to the amazing compensation that you will receive in the form of your Zrii commission checks. The first incentive is going to be a free Zrii red-colored Ipod Nano

for the first Independent Executive who enrolls 5 new IE’s at $120 autoship in the month of January.
Additionally, any member of my team who enrolls 10 new IE’s in the month of January (minimum of $120 autoship) will receive a free HP Netbook(HP Mini 110) directly from me. These extra incentives are in addition to Zrii corporate compensation and are only available to members of my Prosperity Network Team. So get out there and get selling, 2010 is going to be an AMAZING year for our team.

One long term challenge for our team is that I have full intentions on sharing the Rank Achievement Bonuses we will receive with my top performing team members. All our successes are interconnected. If your Zrii home business succeeds so will mine and therefore, I think it’s appropriate to share the rewards with my team members. I am so excited to have you in my organization and let’s hit 2010 full-speed ahead!

Prosper well,

If you’re not familiar with the Zrii™ home based business, please take a few minutes to read about it and how you can use it to maximize your personal prosperity.

For many of us joining the work at home family, this is our first attempt at owning our own business. If you’re currently working a typical 9 to 5 job participating in the daily grind, you may be tempted to look at a business first from a standpoint of what you stand to receive from it only. The first thing that really inspired me to become an Independent Executive was that this company is focused on more than just what you can receive from it, but also what you can give others in their life. I’ve always loved to help people – as many of you already know at 17, I joined the Marines to do that very thing. Nearly 10 years later, I was introduced to someone who would help me continue to use my talents and energies to help others. I sat down with Jeff Wallen, one of the first Zrii IE’s and a superstar in the nutritional juice company, and heard about how this little red juice is changing lives. I had been working two well-paying jobs and was doing just fine in my life, but what I realized is the one thing I didn’t have – was time. That is one of the first gifts a successful IE can give to someone. Time is precious – and for those of us like me, I spent entirely too much time away from my “life.” Take a look at the typical “working stiff” lifestyle:

We wake up, take a shower, get the kiddos dressed, fed and ready for school – hoping to have a couple free minutes to grab a bagel or swig of coffee. We get into the car and drop the kids off at daycare or school then sit in morning rush hour traffic. We come into work and help someone else make their money for 8 or more hours. Now it’s 5 p.m., then you’re heading to pick up your kids and get dinner on the table. In today’s fast paced society, that dinner on the table often translated for me as picking up a pizza or going to a restaurant where I would spend a couple of hours worth of work feeding my family. We’d make it home and maybe spend an hour or two as a family before the bedtime routine would come … and we’d get ready to start the grind over the very next morning. After doing this for years, I realized something. This is NOT a life – or at least an enjoyable one for me.

Enter Jeff Wallen into my life. Jeff has been a Zrii IE for almost 2 years. He lives in a wonderful house and has a beautiful family. He doesn’t have to worry about morning traffic. He has time for life where I did not. Jeff has time to workout. He has time to play with his kids. The day I met him, he met me at a very nice restaurant in Brentwood. He drove there in a slick, new BMW (paid for through Zrii’s BMW reimbursement program, by the way) and had lunch with me. He didn’t talk a whole lot about Zrii™ in the beginning, just told me about his day and what he was into. We hit it off immediately because we are both very active people. I love mountain biking and the outdoors, but honestly because I lacked the time that he had – I had to settle for liking the outdoors vice being able to be a regular outdoorsman. Jeff had a gift for me. It was TIME – time for me to play with my five year old, time to ride my bike and time to enjoy MY life.

This is just one of the gifts that IEs give to newcomers into the Zrii opportunity. As enrollers, if we can all spend our “work” time mentoring new IEs and helping them prosper in the Zrii home based business – we can help them regain their lives back. Though I am a relatively new IE, I can see the potential this business has to enriching the lives of others. That’s why I decided to become and IE.

Taken from the Zrii corporate blog:

I’ve been doing a lot of Internet searches and the results that pop up about Ayurveda are both good and bad, from our company’s standpoint. A lot of people think that it could be considered a religion, and some people devotedly follow its principles. But to me, Ayurveda is more of a concept that has no harm in being applied to life. How can you go wrong with a belief that encourages good health habits of sleep, decreasing stress, and improving all aspects of your life?

If you’ve taken a look at Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs lately, you’ll note that Maslow believes every person needs five things: physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, esteem, and self-actualization. Likewise, there are five common aspects of health: social, mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.

These needs tie together to create every aspect of our lives. But also like our lives, each is different.

Ayurveda has the same philosophy; I like this idea from an article by Vaidya Rajesh Shrotriya: “Ayurveda is based on the belief that nothing is right for everyone and everything is right for someone. This belief comes from an understanding that each of us is unique….If we are all different, why would we even consider the idea that there must be one program of nutrition that is best for everyone?”

I am not a devout follower of ayurveda, but no doubt its philosophies can be implemented into our lives with no serious harm. Here are some ideas about how to implement Ayurveda without really knowing it:

1. Take a walk with a friend or coworker. This is a great idea, mainly for a change of scenery during the workday. Second, physical activity exercises your lungs, distributes oxygen more effectively, and helps calm your body. Sounds like a good enough reason to me.

2. Have a fresh lunch. We know processed foods aren’t as good for us to digest. Do many of us stop to think about what we’re really putting into our bodies? Look at what you’re eating and decide if it is something you really want to consume. Lots of oils? Fats? Eww.

3. Drink water. Water helps clean out your system and keeps your body functioning. You’ve heard it your entire life—we need to drink water. Seriously.

4. Take a break. Enjoy nature. Breathe. Decrease stress. We are always on the go—find a minute to rest. Clear your mind. Awesome.

See? Four simple ways to make your life better with concepts you already know. Who doesn’t want a balanced body? Take care of yourself and extend your life!

I probably shouldn’t have taken that last bite. You know the one … the one from that second piece of pie which followed the second helping of turkey and mashed potatoes. Now I’m two days out from Christmas dinner and still feeling the after effects. I’m also a few days away from New Years… 2010 has a nice even-numbered ring to it, like it has some special significance and you should have an extra special resolution this year.

As many of you know, I’m going to be headed off to some special military training in a few months, but unfortunately I’ve kind of let myself go (I can thank my lovely girlfriend Britt – who is an amazing cook). When I’m at my fittest, I’m about 175 lbs and right now I’m teetering around 190+. Probably closer to 200 given the amount of holiday calories I’ve been shoving down my throat. But I digress… My mission for 2010 is to get back to a fit and trim 175 lbs and here’s how I’m going to do it.

1. Eat a whole lot more … Often that is. The first step in conquering the battle of the bulge is to get your metabolism working again. By switching to a meal plan consisting of 6 controlled portion sizes, you fuel your body constantly and don’t load yourself up with more calories than you can burn at one time.

Because we live on the go, it’s important to plan ahead so you don’t get stuck without something to eat and have to resort to empty fast-food calories. Get ziplock bags, storage containers, etc., ahead of time… I just got a Foodsaver vacuum sealer for Christmas (thanks mom) which I’m really excited about. The weekend before your work week, or whenever you can squeeze it in, pack some snacks in 200-250 calorie increments. Try to pick things that your body can use right away: eliminate white refined sugar, refined carbohydrates, trans fats, synthetic foods, and overly packaged and processed foods.

It’s not easy to rid yourself of these foods from your diet, but if it looks like its got a lot of packaging or processing don’t put it in your cart at the store. (FYI, when you eliminate these unhealthy, prepackaged foods, you’ll end up saving a LOT of money in the process.)

Find a good meal replacement shake. Now most of you know, I sell a great protein shake and you can find information on the Zrii Nutriiveda weight management system here. This one is a superior product than store-bought ones, but if you must, slimfast can work ok too. It just has a lot more synthetic ingredients than does Nutriiveda.

Lastly, determine what your main meals are going to be. Substitute one or two meals with a replacement shake and a piece of low-sugar fruit (think bananas not oranges). Then eat a meal capable of fitting on a small saucer. Your protein (ideally grilled chicken or fish) shouldn’t be much bigger than a deck of cards and if it is, throw away the excess. I know granny always fussed at us about wasting food, but generally speaking granny died of heart disease and needed a triple bypass when she was 60, bless her soul… Ahem, where was I… Oh yes, eat. You’ve gotten your snacks, you’ve planned your meals and got your shakes – now EAT! This is the fun part. Using this method you can eat about every 1 1/2 hours or two hours and just graze like a cow… mooo! Imagine that, grazing like a cow to keep from being one in real life!

Make food a part of your life – not an afterthought. Don’t work like mad and skip lunch then gorge yourself at 3 p.m. We all know how hectic work lives can be, but if you keep a healthy snack handy you can keep from suffering the effects of poor eating habits and the excess pounds that go with them.

This is the first part of a 4 part series on weight loss that I’ll be featuring on the blog over the next few days. Please enjoy and pass on to your friends, if you found this beneficial.

Happy New Year,

Rob Wynkoop

Ok, so today’s blog post isn’t really political at all, but I have to say something about it. So I just went to the YMCA for my daily workout and while there, I encountered a few things that just bug the crap out of me.

So here are my top 5 rules of gym etiquette.

#1. Stop flexing in the mirror. The majority of you who do, really don’t rate to and those of you who do rate just shouldn’t show off. This rule especially applies to the redneck wearing the TN Vols muscle shirt with the sides torn out of it. Also, the obnoxiously orange pants make you look even more trashy.

#2. Leave the protein at home. Supplements are great, especially if you’re deficient in some essential nutrient. But to me, seeing a grown man carry around a tub of whey protein from one exercise machine to the next is beyond dumb. They make drink shakers, tupperware, and ziplock bags for just such occasions. Additionally, please don’t ask me to watch your giant barrel of protein while you go to the bathroom because “this stuff is really expensive.”

#3. WannaBe body builders please stop taking teenagers under your wing. For one, if you were really that cool because of your bulging muscles and manliness, you wouldn’t need to hang out with 15 year olds. Secondly, you just encourage them to continually violate items 1 and 2 in their imitation of you.

#4. Do the exercises correctly. I have much smaller muscles than most guys in my gym, I admit it. However, most of the guys in my gym could only do about 1/3 of the reps they count if they did the exercise right. Especially you Mr. College Football Player with arms the size of my quads – pushups require more than a 1″ movement of your arms. It’s nice that you can do that 50 times in a split second, but if you did 10 the right way, you’d be better off.

#5. New Years Resoluters – give it up already. I admire your efforts trying to be consistent throughout the month of January, but just give it up already … February is only a week a way and you and I both know you’ll quit during February anyway. Why don’t you save us the time and effort of having to spend 20 minutes finding a parking place to walk a half a mile in the cold.

So there! I’m off my soapbox for the night. Again, I wholeheartedly admit that I am not as big or strong as many of you, but at least I mind my own business when I workout and try not to draw attention to myself. Now, I think i’m going to fix myself a really expensive protein shake – ’cause that’s what the cool kids do.

If you’re looking for the world’s highest quality protein shake, you must check out this website on building a home business selling nutritional products at http://www.amalakiprosperity.com
